...and if I may say, I am an example of that. I am not part of any ALS, yet, I have participated in many working groups, and eventually been voted onto the EURALO Board. It is sometimes hard, volunteer, thankless work, though, and that's often what puts people off. That's why we need more people to take part in the working groups, to spread the load, and not always need to rely on the same people.
