While ICANN may be moving in the right direction, it is nowhere near its founding principals as described in documents like The White Paper, and The Green Paper before it. Bottom line, the ICANN formation process was captured, and the resulting organization is/was *designed* to be opaque and unaccountable to Internet users. Whomever pulled the strings in the formation process, continues to hold the levers of power within this dysfunctional organization. Glad to see Milton and others are keeping the fire burning.
