Cheryl: What facts are wrong? Are you asserting that the Consumer Constituency petition actually got comments in support of it? It didn't: that is a documented fact. See the staff summary of public comments, linked in the article. Are you asserting that the NCSG charter imposed by the staff was not roundly rejected by every noncommercial entity involved in ICANN except you and one or two other ALAC people? That too is documented fact. So please do specify which facts are wrong, and we'd be happy to either discuss, debate or correct them. --MM
