For the record: DNSEXT or the IETF has not recently taken any action as to change the status of DNS at all. Nothing posted to the WG mailing list by chairs should be taken as an indication that the IETF says "DNS or any of its related technology should be on the table for discussion at the upcoming IGF meeting."
