WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- Shinkuro Inc., Bethesda, Md., won a $4,103,348 federal contract from the U.S. Air Force Materiel Command, Rome, N.Y., for the Domain Name System Security Protocol (DNSSEC) deployment.
